  We are delighted with the renovation Yarrabank completed on our home. The team were excellent to deal with from the start to finish. They efficiently and effectively resolved any issues that arose along the way (which is to be expected when renovating an older home). The skill, care and effort of the team is evident in our beautiful home. We loved visiting the site to see the progress along the way. Brett in particular always took the time to clearly explain what was happening – his attention to detail and professional skills are exemplary. We have absolutely no hesitation when recommending Yarrabank – they produce very high quality work and we are very lucky to live with and enjoy on a daily basis. Thanks Yarrabank.

  Yarrabank have recently completed a renovation of our inner city house. I have been impressed with the whole team as we've worked with Ryan, Scott and Hayden on our build in addition to the on site team. As a team they are very thorough and diligent in the work they do. The overall project management and documentation is precise, timely and accurate. Most of all however is the end product. They actually care about building the right way and it shows and what is produced. We would definitely recommend them

  We highly recommend Yarrabank Builders to any future clients. Ryan and the team were fantastic during the renovation of our family home in 2017. They had excellent attention to detail and workmanship. We also found them to be extremely good to deal with due to their excellent communication and professionalism. They were also able to keep to our budget and ensured that we could move into our house on time which we really appreciated. Yarrabank Builders were a pleasure to deal with at all times and if we do any future renovations, we will definitely use them again. Thanks to Ryan and the team for our wonderful renovation. We couldn't be happier.

  Yarrabank completed a renovation of our home in Melbourne and we are thrilled with the result. Ryan and the team were extremely professional with excellent communication throughout the process. They were transparent about costs and worked with us to ensure we stayed within budget. The craftsmanship is extremely high quality. Very happy with the result and would recommend Yarrabank.

  We hired Yarrabank builders for the renovation/extension of our traditional 1910 era weatherboard home in 2016. Our renovation consisted of a modern contemporary extension with lots of glass windows and doors built to a detailed architectural design and specification. It was incredible to see the communication between Ryan and Scott as the job progressed. Although we dealt with Ryan primarily, Scott seemed to be up-to-date on any conversations. We found them to be a very thorough, considerate and respectful team of builders, who were happy to trouble-shoot any issues as they arose and who worked well with our architects throughout. We performed the electrical installation on the renovation and they made this process easy and were very flexible to work with. We felt very lucky to have them on our team, on what was an important renovation for us. They made the build a pleasurable experience for us and we found the end result to be of a high quality. With the organisation and high calibre skills of Scott, Ryan and their team, we would recommend Yarrabank Builders to anyone.
