We purchased our Concept Build home in 2019 and, years on, we remain incredibly happy with our decision. Although completed prior to purchase, the home feels as though it was purposefully built and designed for us, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The quality of the build, finishes and workmanship has truly stood the test of time. The layout works perfectly for everyday living, with a beautiful, highly functional kitchen, exceptional storage and a seamless flow between the living areas, alfresco and backyard. The collaboration between Concept Build and Sync Architecture has resulted in a home that is both architecturally refined and genuinely liveable. The central courtyard and double-height, floor-to-ceiling windows fill the home with natural light and create a striking architectural presence, while the upstairs master suite offers a luxurious private retreat. Communication with the Concept Build team has always been clear and professional, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Andrew and Matt to anyone seeking a high-quality, thoughtfully designed home built by a team they can genuinely trust.

We built 2 townhouses with Concept Build a couple of years ago and had a fantastic experience. So much so that we are currently in the early stages of building again and won’t entertain the idea of building with anyone else.
