ITSA homes recently renovated my bathroom, laundry, and kitchen, as well as a small extension to create a family room. Tony and Irene are a great team and were fantastic from the initial design through to completion. Irene is very talented and designed the layouts for each of the rooms, while Tony and his team brought it all together. Tony demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attention to detail, and the workmanship is of an extremely high quality. He and Irene were always accessible and were proactive in addressing any of my concerns or question. They promptly resolved any issues that arose during the project, demonstrating their total integrity and professionalism. Tony did the renovations in two stages, so I was able to remain in the house the entire time. The project ran smoothly, and Tony ensured that the site remained as clean and tidy as possible for me at all times. My house has been transformed and the outcome has far exceeded my expectations. I really can’t recommend ITSA homes highly enough.

2025 We renovated our small, cramped ensuite recently. We used the services of ITSA Homes again. We could not be happier with the result, the process, and the quality of the renovation. Tony and Irene turned our thoughts into reality and the result is fantastic. I could easily cut and paste from my 2021 review. Nothing has changed. The same great service and result. It would be hard to see how you could go wrong with the services that ITSA Homes provide. Oh, as an added thought - it was done in the time frame that was promised and the small variations (there are always small variations to any renovation) were reasonable and easily negotiated. 2021 We recently renovated a kitchen and bathroom in our much loved family home. Irene turned our vision for our kitchen into reality. She is a very talented designer whose gift is the ability to listen to and hear what we wanted and merge the dream into a real plan. Tony and his team rebuilt both rooms perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the finish, and the process that made it all happen. Building during a Covid-19 lockdown has its challenges,. Tony's attention to detail and OH&S policies and practices were exemplary. We moved out of our house during the lockdown so that work could proceed. This meant that Tony was able to complete the job in a shorter time frame. Any additional work we requested, that varied from the contract was done and all variation costs were invoiced separately. The invoicing system is clear and transparent. We felt that the cost of our renovation was a good price. Tony doesn't cut corners and both he and Irene take an active interest in the progress and completion of the job. All rubbish was removed and the site was kept as clean as possible at all times. We recently completed a main bathroom and ensuite renovation with ITSA as a trusted partner and were very happy with the process and end results. Before using ITSA we considered several others but we felt Tony and Irene understood what we needed along with a professional and transparent approach. The team are professional, responsive and pragmatic. Irene offers design advice which coupled with Tony’s technical knowledge ensured that as non-trade people we felt less anxious engaging in a renovation activity. The quality of finish was high, the work was performed in accordance with the contract or variations discussed, the team cleaned up after each day and Tony or Irene checked in regularly to review the progress of works. We have been very impressed with our recent kitchen and ensuite renovation by Tony, Irene and their team. They were extremely helpful, considerate and professional with a keen eye for detail.
