Verde just completed building our house, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Carols, Drew, and Jeff—Verde’s iron triangle—each played a crucial role in making our dream home a reality. Carols is an exceptional architect. He has a real talent for design, and his patience and thoughtful advice made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Drew was meticulous with the paperwork and planning. He ensured that all documents and processes were in place before construction began, and his guidance during the selection phase was incredibly helpful. Jeff, the site manager, leads a fantastic team. He often says that he builds every house as if it were his own—and it truly shows. The quality of construction is outstanding. Jeff is highly organized, completing the build in just over 10 months. He’s also very approachable and responsive—you can always reach out to him with questions, and he’ll answer promptly, putting your mind at ease. We’re so grateful to have chosen Verde to build our dream home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a house with quality, care, and professionalism.

Building a new home from knock down through to handover is not easy these days and can be a very stressful experience. Fortunately for us we settled on Verde Homes for our new build. Carlos came up with concepts and ideas through the design phase that we knew would set our home apart from all others. Over to Drew for the planning phase and a lot of the hard work that goes unnoticed. Drew’s guidance and ideas particularly around the finer details of the build has all come together in the end result. Great communication and transparency all throughout this stage. We had one project manager from start to finish. After the first site meeting with Jeff we knew we were in safe hands and could trust the process completely. Attention to detail and a passion for building high quality homes really stood out. The team of tradies under Jeff are obviously very carefully selected, all are very neat, tidy and compete their work to a very high standard. I thoroughly recommend Verde Homes for those that understand “you get what you pay for”. Thanks again to Carlos, Drew and Jeff for creating us a home that will have us pinching ourselves every time we walk through the door for years to come.

We had a great experience with Verde’s design & construction of our new home. From the great ideas Carlos gave us in the initial design phase, through the more detailed plans & costings from Drew to finalise contracts, to the actual construction phase under Jeff’s watchful eye, we had a seamless experience. We are very happy with our final result!

Patience, precision and personalised. These are the hallmarks of our tailored home design and construction experience with Verde. Behind any great experience are passionate people. Drew and Jeff were with us every step of the way - from initial design and concept sketches through to town planning consultation, project execution and our final walkthrough on completion. This project would not have been possible without Drew, Jeff and their team of skilled trades people, attentively managed by Rob, our highly responsive site manager. The meticulous attention to detail, genuine care and high standards of quality underscored Verde’s approach to design led home living. People say that deciding to build a home is one of the biggest personal and financial investment decisions you can make. I would add that selecting the right builder is as important as the decision itself. We look forward to the opportunity of partnering with Drew and Jeff again should we be fortunate enough to embark on another property construction project.

We recently completed 2 dual occupancy properties with Verde Homes and couldn't be more satisfied with the process, end product and the team. The houses are better than I could have imagined! We've received many positive comments from friends and even people that pass by stop to take pictures of the houses! Drew is one of the most patient people I've met. He is calm, positive, stylish and professional. In fact, we couldn't have taken this project off the ground without his help. Jeff and the team are very organised, punctual, and pedantic with detail. I recommend this company with my eyes closed.

I had a very clear vision of the house I wanted and Carlos took the time to understand our needs. He meticulously and with great care planned every aspect for us - balancing form, function, design and budget throughout. Jeff, Rob and the team took real pride in our build and really love what they do. The quality of the workmanship is instantly visible to anyone who visits our house. Drew was always in the background making sure everything was going to work together and nothing had been forgotten creatively or commercially. People tell horror stories of their building experience, but ours was very positive. We now have a stunning home that has changed the way we live for the better.
