  Derek was super helpful through the whole process and really very professional, went above and beyond to help us out in every issue we encounter from start to finish. He always responded quickly through WhatsApp whenever we had any questions or issues. His customer service was just exceptional. I’d highly recommend Symmetric Homes to anyone thinking about building their home. Their prices are really competitive considering they are customer builder compared to other builders too. High ceiling for both floors are just standard with them. For other builders, it’s already an upgrade that you have to pay a lot. The only small downside I found was that they’re pretty strict with payments. They don’t accept bank confirmation receipts and will only trust the payment once the money actually shows up in their account. It felt a bit odd at first, but I get that it’s their way of protecting the business. Overall, still a solid 10/10 from me!

  We had such a fantastic experience with Symmetric on our first home build. Derek was absolutely amazing — not only did he guide us through every step with professionalism and care, but he also brought such a positive and fun energy to every conversation. His personality made the whole process feel less stressful and more enjoyable, and we always felt like he genuinely had our best interests at heart. He was incredibly responsive, quick to problem-solve, and made us feel supported the entire way. Aaron, our site supervisor, was equally incredible. His communication was consistent and open throughout the entire process, and his people skills made the journey so much smoother. It was clear he genuinely cared about delivering the best possible outcome for us, and that made all the difference.   Hi there, I built my house with Symmetric Homes this year and had a truly great experience! Derek and Nathan were very easy to deal with—always professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. Derek even helped us design the floor plan to suit our needs, which made everything much smoother.
