  We recently finished our build in Charlemont and we could not be happier with the service and result. Devon McIntosh (the site Supervisor) was fantastic the whole way through. Always available and happy to answer any questions we may have. From signing the contract to moving in the process was seemless and extremely quick. We love the new home and would highly recommend SHAPE Homes and Devon to anyone and everyone.

  Very good experience with Shape homes. From office admins to site manager, all were very helpful and easy to deal with. The best asset they have is their project manager Sash. From the time he came on things were at a very good speed and the completion was achieved in under 12 months. The project manager answered every question and ensured things were done in a timely manner. Quality of work is also very high. Highly recommend.

  Thank you so much to the team at Shape Homes and especially my Project manager Brett. I bought the turn key package which meant I didn’t need to worry about anything (turf, letterbox, curtains etc.) Brett was great to deal with and we had a laugh along the way. Highly recommend Shape Homes to anyone buying your first home, they made the process as easy as can be, even recommended a real estate agent and I had a tenant move in the day after handover. Great service!!

  Very thorough and professional builder. We had a great experience building our investment property with them in Leopold. They completed the built within 6 months and every stage of the build and the sub-tasks could be traced online with photographs. The communication was consistent and hassle free. There were hardly amy defects reported by the building inspector. The handover was taken by my property manager who specifically mentioned the professionlism of the site inspector along with the quality of build which was compliant with all the latest VIC regulations. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build a property with them.
