As this was our first project, he made the whole experience far smoother and less stressful than we expected. He stuck to his timeline, communicated well throughout, and treated the project as if it were his own home, which really showed in the quality of the finish. We always felt Like we were kept in the loop with all the moving parts of a small room renovation. The results were fantastic and left at a super high standard of workmanship.

  We recently had a balcony that was water damaged completely rebuilt by Michael at Built by Nashar and couldn’t be happier with the result. He was punctual and communicated clearly throughout and maintained a professional approach from start to finish. Michael knows what he is doing and his knowledge really stands out — he found issues that other builders who had quoted didnt find, which no doubt will save me from having repeat problems down the track. He kept the site tidy and stuck to timelines and delivered exactly what was discussed. I would happily recommend Built by Nashar to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy builder.
