We love our new home. After a fire which destroyed our beautiful home at 1am on Cup Day 2021 we struggled to get our heads around what we would do. AAMI paid us out and we decided to bite the bullet and rebuild. We took control of the redesign aspects as we wanted to go next level and we selected Joncol as our builder. It wasn't an easy task as first the demolition stage needed to be done. Sifting through the soggy ashes of our past was awful and quite emotional. But the team at Joncol focused on the task at hand and pushed on while we dealt with our demons and getting our lives back on track. Rebuilding a destroyed house is a totally different emotion than doing "Your dream Renovation" , which we had done 10+years before. As a hands on creative couple we were probably not the easiest client Jon and his team ever came across. However they were always patient and the quality of their workmanship speaks for itself. I believe we now have a stronger and better build than before and the outcome is everything that we wanted. Thank you Joncol - We love our new home.

We bought a mid century double fronted house in Brunswick that needed a lot of work. We decided to preserve the front of the house and knock down the rest and extend. We couldn’t be happier with the results. The photos speak for themselves. Well done to every member of the Joncol team on a high quality build.

Jon and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Reasonably priced and very accommodating. We were able to live in our home whilst they completed a two room extension over our garage. They kept their build site area clean whilst they were here (particularly important for us with young kids), informed during the process and came up with suggestions on how to design and solve. I would highly recommend them

Jon and team were amazing with helping me upgrade an apartment I bought. Really attentive communication, and despite a few hiccups that were out of our control (the apartment building was itself going through major cladding works via another contractor, which had complicated things a bit), the project was delivered exactly as I asked for, on time (which is impressive because I asked for a tight turnaround) and to the quoted budget. I absolutely couldn’t be happier with the results. I will definitely be going back to Joncol if I want any further upgrades done in the future. If you’re looking for a renovator you can trust, you are in very capable hands with Joncol Building Services. I can’t recommend them enough!
