We recently had our bathroom renovated by Sam from Swilcon, and the results exceeded all our expectations. From start to finish, Sam was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. He took the time to understand our vision and made excellent suggestions that improved the final design without exceeding our budget. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding — the tiling is flawless, fixtures are perfectly installed, and everything feels high-end and built to last. Sam and his team were respectful of our home, kept the workspace tidy, and completed the project on schedule. Communication throughout the process was clear and consistent, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We absolutely love our new bathroom and would highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for a top-quality renovation.

Swilcon is Sam Wilson who is an excellent builder and contractor. He did a reno on our Victorian house in Hawthorn. Sam worked with our architect to turn the design into a reality. He has a really good team and a great network of trades. He is an excellent communicator and extremely reliable and responsive. I’d be more than happy to provide a verbal reference. Sam could give you my contact details.

Sam & the Swilcon team were fantastic to deal with. Communication was on point & the works to our house (front gate, ceilings & roof) were swiftly done and look great. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend the team at Swilcon after the work that they did renovating our en-suite in Croydon Hills. Process was very easy and we couldn’t be happier with how the room has turned out.
