We went with Ridgewater because they were able to offer us customisation options in the floor plan, really good inclusions and competitive pricing. Gurmit was very helpful in guiding us through the process & patient with every change we made to the floor plans. His suggestions & ideas certainly helped make the design more liveable. Construction phase was much better than we ever hoped for with James being a wonderful site supervisor. He kept us informed of progress and provided regular updates on the status. He also promptly addressed any concerns we had & made sure we understood everything going on. Thank you to the team at Ridgewater, it was a pleasure building with you.

Dinesh, our site supervisor, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process — always keeping us informed about the progress and proactively addressing any questions or concerns we had. A big thank you to Shikshit and Shweeta as well, who guided us through every stage from selections to construction. They were professional, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We’re very happy with our new home and highly recommend Ridgewater Homes to anyone looking to build!

  Highly recommend a Ridgewater home. Cannot comment about build process - bought an unoccupied new build and living in since May 2025. Quality of materials and overall build quality is very good. Design and layout is excellent and well thought out. Nicolas Bovezza is our site manager who is a great communicator and always very prompt with any defects and small things to fix. All other staff have been responsive and friendly too.

A special mention to our house supervisor, Scott, who played a key role in making the build smooth and stress-free. He demonstrated a wide range of knowledge, communicated clearly, and always kept us updated on the progress. He listened to our concerns patiently and addressed them promptly, consistently delivering great results.
