In Feb 2024, we started our enquiries for a potential knock down and rebuild and from our very first meeting with Aaron and Mathew, we knew that we were putting our forever home in the right hands. The team at Luxe Haven not only work with you, but understand the emotional and financial investment that the owners put in to thier new home. Their attention to detail, knowledge, willingness to accommodate and building expertise is second to none. Our site supervisor, Scotty, kept up informed and updated throughout every step, returned calls and was extremely solution focussed in making sure we were happy with every step along the way. When external trades speak so highly of a builder, you know you have put your home in good hands. We are in love with our new home and know that this is due to the choice we made toi engage Luxe Haven Homes as our builder. Thank you to the fabulous team at Luxe Haven - Aaron, Mathew, Mel, Jo, Marlene, Scotty, Belinda and Joe...we are truly grateful for everything. In a year that threw us a few curveballs, this build was definetely a postive and hassle free experience. If you are looking for a quality custom and well built home, look no further.

When we first started our journey with Luxe Haven we had been through the wringer trying to find a builder that could build on our slope. It started with a conversation with Mat in the office and from that moment it was impossible for us to trust anyone else with building our first dream home. They made sure that all the moments throughout the build were exciting for us. It wasn’t long into discussing ideas with the director Aaron to understand his true attention to detail in his work. We gave the guys in the office our wish list and they transformed it into the perfect floor plan. The whole team at Luxe Haven made the experience so easy. Once on site, working with Matt to achieve our dream was just so easy. Nothing was ever too much for him and it really felt as though we were working together to achieve the same dream. Again, his attention to detail was unmatched. The finishes in our home are just incredible and I would encourage anyone looking to build to look no further. They didn’t build our house, they built our home. We will be forever grateful for that. We got married on a Saturday and got the keys on the following Tuesday, making for the perfect wedding present. Luxe Haven are the best out there and we would definitely build with them again, but we may never need to because they absolutely nailed it the first time.

I can confidently say that Luxe Haven Homes are the best in the business when it comes to custom-built homes. Their package options ensure that no corners are ever cut, and the quality truly speaks for itself. Having built multiple times before, I was genuinely impressed by the handful of premium features that were included—some of which I didn’t even realize were part of the package. From seamless plastered manhole covers to upgraded, discreet smoke alarms, the attention to detail is unmatched. In fact, even when a larger smoke alarm was initially installed, the team proactively replaced it after handover because it didn’t meet their own high standards—something I wouldn’t have picked up on myself. This is my second build with Luxe Haven Homes, and after settlement on both occasions, the experience and trust have only grown stronger. Any adjustments were followed up promptly and even worked out in my favour—again, things I wouldn’t have known to question. Speaking with Aaron about the company’s philosophy and standards gave me so much confidence. Matt and Joanne made the design process seamless, helping refine the floorplan and features, while Matt the supervisor was always available, always proactive, and consistently one step ahead of anything that needed attention. Their entire team carries a “no problems” attitude and genuinely wants every customer to walk away happy.
