In early 2018, we hired NewPeaks to project manage an extensive renovation on a 1970's inner suburbs unit. The job entailed replacing the kitchen, bathroom, floors, windows - as well as repainting and structural changes (inc. removal of supporting wall). Peter was always very professional, easy to contact and ensured completed work was always of an excellent standard. He also helped us to work through any unexpected issues or problems that arose, providing advice and suggestions as needed. Peter and his workers were always on time, respectful of neighbouring properties and always left the job spotless at the end of each day. We were thrilled with the finished product and have no hesitation in recommending NewPeaks for any renovation work.

I can’t recommend Peter and his team highly enough. If you are looking for an honest, reliable and professional builder then Peter is your man. I had originally engaged Peter for a bathroom renovation and then extended the work to a whole house cosmetic renovation, which included new kitchen, bathroom, laundry, toilet plus upgrades to cupboards, the staircase, electrical and plumbing work and painting every inch of the property. The way Peter managed the project was seamless, everything fell into place in the timeline that was outlined and every milestone was met! What I loved about the engagement with Peter was the collaborative approach to this project, he listened, came up with ideas, challenged my thinking and managed me really well! Peter was open about me speaking to his team and giving me comfort at every stage of the project. I was interstate, so the video updates Peter provided during the project were great. The outcome of this project was amazing! Every detail was taken care of, the quality of all the finishes was exceptional and everything exceeded my expectations! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peter and the team for any project. If you are looking for a quality partner, that has professional high standards and delivers quality outcomes, Peter is your man! Thanks again Peter for the amazing work you did.

Peter from Newpeaks was great to deal with for our bathroom reno. He was always punctual, kept us informed with daily updates, suggested good alternatives and managed his tradies well to keep the work moving and finish on time; nothing was too much trouble. The workmanship is high quality and we are super pleased with the end result. We are renovating our kitchen later in the year and will definitely be contacting Peter again.

Peter is fantastic to work with. I was a single mother working on trying to renovate my home, when I met Peter. I had previously employed other builders and my home was a shambles they were never on time they never delivered what they promised and overcharged me. Then I got introduced to Peter, he was like a superhero. He came in took over the project and had it done within no time, soon I was back to living in my beautiful renovated home. Peter is well organised, honest and a great communicator. He delivers what he promises and more. He was well priced and didn’t take advantage. He goes above and beyond his duties. I would use Peter any time and recommend him always. Thanks Peter and team . 10/10

We used Newpeaks to assist in cutting in some new doorways and to instal a new kitchen in our 160 year old house. Due to the age of the house this presented some challenges but Newpeaks just dealt with them without any fuss. Peter is highly knowledgable and a perfectionist and we ended up with a very high quality end product. We did have some scope creep (initiated by us) but there was no price gouging and the price for additional work always seemed very fair. All of the subcontractors were also very nice to deal with and efficient with high quality work. We could not recommend Newpeaks and Peter highly enough.

To be honest, I feel as if I lucked out! I posted my renovation job on High Pages and received a quote for the job within hours of Peter's visit to the site. From then on things operated like a well-oiled machine. Workers turned up every day without fail, worked extra hours when needing to maintain the schedule. cleaned up every night so that the house remained liveable, and provided extraordinary attention to detail in every aspect of their work. Additionally, Peter took care of all the council permits, and engineering requirements. He liased with the architect and was even willing to do other little touchups around the house always being soo generous with his time (and always polite!) The delightful demeanour of ALL the guys was an added bonus (indeed on the morning after the job was completed, we felt somewhat bereft!) We are delighted with our renovation. I am really enthusiastic about recommending Newpeaks.
