Ray was professional, organised, and always kept us updated on what was happening. He made everything smooth and stress-free, and the quality of the work completed under his supervision was excellent.   Absolutely blown away by how well the whole process was handled by the Ethos team- Erik as the estimator was very professional, and extremely thorough. Ray who was the supervisor assigned to our house went above and beyond to make sure every detail was looked after and fixed. Ray constantly kept us updated with what was happening and the estimated timeline and ensured the whole process was hassle free for us. Ray ensured even the smallest details were taken care of. All the trades did their job really well too. Overall such a great experience with Ethos. Highly recommended.
