  Being in an elite group of master builders, Keat and his team's workmanship are top-notch and exquisite as we are satisfied with the quality being delivered in renovating two of our powder rooms. He's also very responsive with issues raised and ever-willing to provide valuable insight when called upon. I would strongly recommend him if you are considering any renovation or building projects. My only two qualms though are that we thought we will be getting wall-hanging vanity units as discussed during the initial onsite quotation stage but were advised later in a casual manner that this cannot be done due to existing piping location (should have ensured this is mentioned in the written quote as we have communicated this requirement across all who attended our home for quotes) as well as the fact there are two variations for the plumbing which were only communicated last-minute in the final invoice instead of much earlier. It was also agreed via our conversations that the doors will be repainted but weren't done in the end.

  How Keat renovated our 1960s home within a very limited period of time and was able to allow us to move in by a very firm date. Despite encountering lots of unforeseen repairs (leaking roof, leaking pipes) that needed to be done to the existing house, everything was still completed and managed without delay. He was very accommodating and understanding of our young family’s timing and needs. He even opened the door and looked after our movers as we were held back feeding our newborn baby and arrived at the property late. How Keat has a great team of trades who work with him, and he has a good professional relationship with them. I want to note in particular — his tiler had the most challenging work with fluted tiles (floor to ceiling, in the shower as well!), and it was done beautifully. The silicone work is well done too. Good tiling definitely aids easier maintenance of fluted tiles and less scrubbing with a toothbrush. All his trades — cabinetry, carpentry, electrical — did great work too. We had some modifications and repairs after moving in, and How Keat still looked after us. This is the difference between a good builder and one who cannot be bothered. My family and I have encountered many builders over the years, and How Keat and his team are definitely keepers!

  I recently had my toilet renovated as well as changing my carpet. I was satisfied with the results. Keat and his team were professional and punctual. He made excellent design suggestion to maximize the space, making the area feel both functional and stylish. The project was completed on time and within budget, with minimal disruption to the rest of the house and complex. They made sure that the place was properly cleared to ensure that we did not get in trouble with the owner's corp. Highly recommend this team for anyone considering a bathroom or any renovation as they are a registered builder too!

  We had an incredible experience working with Keat on our recent build. From the very beginning, he was quick to respond and delivered a fast turnaround, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. One of the things we appreciated most was his ability to offer clear guidance and advice based on the layout of our build area. His insights and experience helped shape some of our best decisions. Even though we made quite a few changes along the way of the build, he handled them all with patience and efficiency, never missing a beat. He truly went above and beyond—one night, he even stayed back late with us to make sure the cabinet maker made changes correctly and according to spec. That level of commitment and care is rare and something we’ll always remember. The build was completed on time, and he kept us informed every step of the way. On the rare occasion when delays came up, he was always upfront and transparent, which we really valued. The quality of work and materials he used was excellent, and his after-service and follow-up have been just as impressive. He’s incredibly easy to talk to, down-to-earth, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. We can’t recommend him highly enough—an outstanding builder and an all-round great guy.
