  We used LVL Group for our renovation/rebuild project of a heritage protected property. This was a commercial project that had to be purpose built to use as a medical specialist consulting suites. We couldn't be more satisfied with the final result as the build was completed to a very high standard. As for the experience, there was truly nothing to fault. From the start to the end, we had full transparency of what was going on and if there was a delay, we were consulted with and informed with every aspect. Meeting the partners of LVL, Matt and Dom, we felt their honesty and sincerity and we knew we could trust them to deliver what we asked for. To top it off, we had an outstanding Project manager Dean, who never failed to respond and action every request or concern we had during and after build completion. I don't think this project would have been this successful without the diligent work by Dean and his team mate Shannon and the rest of the LVL team that worked on our project. I would not hesitate to recommend LVL group to anyone. Thank you TEAM LVL.

They turned up with they said they would and happily went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. Great project management as well. Fantastic team!

  I recently used LVL Group to do a renovation on my property and they did an exceptional job. From the moment Matt and Dom came through and provided me with a quote I felt comfortable using their services. So much so that I didn’t even feel the need to get a second quote. Within 4 days of them coming out to see my property, work had commenced and finished well before I anticipated. All of their trades were exceptional and showed a great level of care and attention to detail. Lachlan who was the project manager did a great job co-ordinating every thing and kept me fully informed. I would happily use LVL Group again and recommend their services highly.

  I used LVL Group to do a remodel of my home which included two new bathrooms and and a change in floor layout (change in walls etc). The workmanship was first class and the entire team was a pleasure to deal with. Communication which is often lacking in tradespeople, was also a key strength where the phone was always answered and they were also proactive with any issues that came up. I would definitely use them again.

Their whole team have worked hard to complete the project in such a short time and still accommodate our whims to make changes along the way. Highly recommend their services to any investor who needs to rejuvenate their rental property.
