I recently moved into the property, and Gavin from Arli Homes came by to fix some issues around the house. He truly went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did he efficiently address the problems, but he was also very friendly, kind, and had excellent communication throughout the process. His professionalism and dedication really stood out, especially since we just moved in last week. Gavin deserves a raise for his hard work and commitment. Stellar work, Gavin!

We built with Arli Homes and have been in our home for three years now — and I truly love it. Because Arli Homes was still quite new when we built, we had the chance to meet and work with a lot of different people throughout the process. Everyone we dealt with was genuinely lovely and exceptional at what they do — from the owners to the in-house team. Post-handover, their maintenance guy was hands down the absolute best. We couldn’t speak more highly of him. Anyone who has built with Arli will know exactly who I’m talking about. We love our home and can’t recommend Arli Homes enough. If we were ever to build again, choosing Arli would be an easy decision.

Arli homes have been wonderful to deal with to date. The sales team have been patient with us after having had a bad experience with a previous builder. They were there to help pick up the pieces and guide us through the journey of building what we hope to be our forever home. Communication has been timely without being pushy. We have been to both display homes in Wollert and Greenvale and they are both just so well laid out. A special shout out to Andrew at the the Greenvale display home who has been excellent to deal with.

We recently built our own home with Arli, and it was, hands-down, the best building experience we have had. This was our first build after the collapse of several large builders, so we were quite hesitant about going with a relatively smaller builder, but between the online reviews and the company's own commitment to address our concerns, we decided to take the plunge. From the very beginning, our consultant, Tanja, was helpful and informative. Most importantly, she was incredibly patient with us and our infinite questions. She helped us review and select the best floorplans and inclusions for our needs and provided multiple variations for us to review. Even after our land title was delayed multiple times and through a price increase, the team were wonderfully accommodating in helping us find a suitable alternative. Additionally, it was quite refreshing to be able to go into the selections process and have all of the inclusions already be top-grade, and not exceed our budget with necessary upgrades. The amazing design team made selecting our colours and designs a wonderful and painless experience. The preset colour palettes are tasteful and easy to choose from, and the entire colour appointment was a great experience. Our project coordinator, Giustina, was especially amazing throughout the entire process. She was extremely prompt and informative throughout every single step of the build, providing timely and clear updates. I found the video presentations at each stage especially innovative and a wonderful touch to their already great customer service. As we moved onto the actual build, our site-supervisor, Matt took the reins. Matt was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He was knowledgeable and forthright at every inspection and made sure we were happy with the progress. He paid attention to our concerns and took steps to ease our minds. Even after handover, Matt has made himself available to us for any questions. Finally, our maintenance team lead, Danielle, arranged our hand-over process and took us through the entire house, provided a demonstration of our appliances and gave us a wonderful handover package. The entire Arli team is extremely skilled and professional, and their commitment to their clients is something we have not experienced with other builders. Each build stage was accompanied by clear and concise information on the process and what to expect. We would highly recommend Arli Homes to anyone looking to build!

To be honest, when we first started looking into building, we had absolutely no idea where to begin. That’s when we met Jane. She was an absolute gem — patient, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every little detail, never making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. Honestly, if it weren’t for Jane’s guidance and reassurance, we might not have gone ahead with building at all. She was the reason we chose Arli Homes, and we’re so glad we did. Once construction began, our Construction Manager, James, was outstanding. He’s informative, approachable, and always willing to answer questions — no matter how small. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of the home and the experience of the client. We also had the pleasure of working with Giustina, our Project Coordinator. She made sure we were always kept in the loop with progress updates, timelines, and next steps. Her communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring, which made the process stress-free. For anyone new to building, I can confidently say Arli Homes is the best choice. They combine premium-quality facades and designs with very reasonable pricing, which is rare in the market. We have just moved into our new Arli Home, and we love it! Arli has been very supportive and incredibly efficient. The build quality seems excellent, and they worked with our private building inspector to correct any identified issues. I recommend Arli to others and am thankful for their supportive team, particularly Marchelle and Matt. UPDATE: We just completed our 3 month maintenance check. There was a few little things which is pretty standard. Arli booked in 2 days and had all the trades come through. They were very respectful and did an amazing job. Thank you very much Carlo Marchio, nothing was too hard and you did the Arli name proud.
