  Bill Jubb took charge of a complex problem involving a virtually complete structural rebuild of a relocated (old!) house, with planning and regulatory issues. Further constraints included a tight deadline (council orders coming in like letters to Santa in December), a manifestly inadequate budget, needing to use available/existent materials, a remote, bushfire prone, hillside location and working within the capabilities of an owner builder. Several other "experienced", "specialist" etc experts simply said too hard, or couldn't be done. Bill delivered a solution that was approved by the surveyor first time. I know what it's like to be at that stage of your career where you mainly get the difficult jobs, and I almost feel bad writing this review. I feel grateful that Bill Jubb took the task on and I could not recommend him more.

  Very professional and experienced service was provided by Bill Jubb. He has a hands-on approach and listened to what I wanted and developed a plan to suit. Bill also helped co-ordinate other trades and answer any questions to make it a smooth and amazing result. I now have a house that others envy and we can relax and enjoy. Great work.
