Choosing 4D Homes to build our dream home was easily the best decision we made for this project. From day one, the team's professionalism and communication were outstanding. We were never left in the dark, and they made what is usually a highly stressful process feel incredibly smooth and manageable. What really set 4D Homes apart was how they actively worked with our specific ideas and requests. They didn't just build from a rigid template; they listened to our vision and seamlessly integrated our personal touches into the design. Walking through the finished home and seeing it look exactly like the 3D renders on their Instagram page we had visualized was absolutely incredible. To top it all off, they beat their own timeline. We were initially given a 12-to-14-month timeframe, but the team managed to complete the build and hand over the keys in just 11 months without compromising on quality or cutting corners. I highly recommend 4D Homes to anyone looking for a builder who delivers on their promises, respects your ideas, and builds a truly beautiful home. Thank you Dale, Jono, Sam and team for our amazing home!

One of the best decisions we made was to engage 4D Homes to build our "dream" home at Red Hill South. Almost from our first meeting with Jono & Dale we could see that they understood our brief. True to form they completed our build on time and on budget. Although there were some variations, most of them were initiated by us. The workmanship and quality of the build is/ was exceptional. We could not believe how much patience Jono had. He never got flustered with any challenges we gave him during the build. One of the advantages I think 4D has is that they employ all their carpenters. In addition they appear to have a very good working relationships with the various trades they use, including electricians, plumbers, roofers, tilers and stonemason. So happy were we with the build of our house when it was completed last December, we subsequently engaged them to renovate an old shed adjacent to the new house. Plus undertake all the heavy landscaping. All have been completed to our satisfaction. In addition any issue that has arisen since the build has been completed, has been resolved promptly and to our satisfaction. We highly recommend anyone to use 4D homes as a builder.

We built our dream custom home with 4D homes and couldn’t be happier with it. From start to finish we were valued as a client, as we were able to contribute to the design process, fixtures and fittings, functionality and the esthetic of the home. With clear communication and professionalism with the whole team, it was a smooth process throughout the whole project. The quality of the build and finishes are exceptional. We are thrilled with our new build and know we will enjoy it for many years to come. Thank you 4D homes!
