  Brennen was an absolute legend to work with! He did all the VJ panelling in about 80% of our house and completely nailed it — the quality and attention to detail are unreal. But what really stood out was how kind, easygoing, and genuine he is. He honestly felt like a mate we’d known for years.   Really impressed with the building work completed on our pilates studio by Smartbuilt Projects. Brennan was really positive and easy going and had the right attitude even when we had some changes along the way, he was quick with solutions. Our job wasn't very straight forward as we had a lot of intricate details and curved features which Brennan helped us create. The end result was really high quality. If you need a builder who's cool under pressure and gets the job done right, this guy's your best bet.

  Brennen has recently just completed a supply and install for our new floors, he was incredibly accommodating. Going out of his way to make sure we were happy with the choice in flooring, prompt replies and fantastic at communicating. 10/10 will be getting him back to do additional work and will be recommending to other people.   Excellent workmanship. Brennen is personable and very easy to communicate with. He completed a range of projects on our home, such as on a second storey, replacing decking and a large wall of windows. Moving fence posts, repairing woodwork. He also organised and co-ordinated an excellent painter. Brennen was very easy to work with and flexible about timing and addition of jobs. No job was too big or small. The standard of work is outstanding. We had complete trust in Brennen. We are very pleased. Highly recommended.
