After purchasing my first home early last year and discovering issues in the ensuite and bathroom it was a welcome relief to have found and engaged Daniel and his team at Second2None Constructions. Daniel bought to life my vision of my ensuite, bathroom, and toilet by assisting me in the layout, planning, and his recommendations. During each process (site inspection, needs analysis and discussions, quoting, planning, demolition, cleanup, construction, and final fit out and final builders clean) Daniel ensured he was across everything, properly project managed, and openly communicated with me and managing my expectations. It was a great privilege to work with Daniel and his team during this time and I am only too happy to recommend him to anyone who is looking to engage a true professional and quality builder to deliver best outcomes for their home. We found Daniel and his team to be very particular about the verandah we had asked him to build. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Daniel and the guys have done a wonderful job. The decking looks way more beautiful than I expected. The carpenters were real craftsmen and they checked every detail with me along the way. I was very impressed by the quality of the work and the service. I would highly recommend them!

We got Second2none through looking at builders on the web . What you see is what you get. Daniel and his men were terrific from measuring up to organising permits and inspections. They arrived when they said they would and their workmanship is first class We will definitely be using them again .

I had Dan come out to my aunties house in Officer who needed help with a renovation. He handled the entire process of acquiring a permit from the council which was a life saver and my aunty appreciated alot. Thank you Dan and the S2N team
