Such a great company to build with, The team looked after me making sure that every detail was just perfect. Extremely creative and accommodating, From Design, colour pallets to finish product they definitely went the extra mile. I would highly recommend Hillbrook projects to any homeowner looking for a builder to trust and work alongside. Building a house is never easy, but they definitely gave lots of TLC, They were extremely responsive and I had two representatives that were consistently in touch with me making sure everything was under control and moving forward. I would recommend him to anyone who is wanting to build a beautiful custom home. They are young, energetic team who are very proud of what they do! Thank you so much, Hillbrook. I love my house!

Hillbrook Projects has just completed our development for the construction of 6 townhouses. The overall project was completed in just over 12 months despite, in such unstable times in the construction industry. We cannot speak highly enough of the very high standard of the completed townhouses. The progress of the development and the communication between Freddie and Ben as the job progressed was professional, efficient and friendly! The professionalism of the whole team is outstanding. We are very pleased with the result. I would have no hesitation recommending them if you want to partner with a quality Melbourne Builder.

I have contacted Hillbrook Projects for a real estate project and I very much liked how they treated me even though I only communicated with them online. They have one of the most customer friendly staff which are superb with regards to customer care and service. I have more projects in mind and from what I experienced with Hillbrook Projects, I wouldn't look for other property development firms. I would choose them because we have started a long term bond that won't easily be broken.

As I career property developer, I have worked with numerous builders on projects with varying degrees of size, type and complexity. I have worked with Hillbrook and their team for my last 4 projects over the previous 4 years and they are, without doubt, the only builder that I wish to work with. Through their value management process analysing materials, design and engineeering, they were able to reduce our construction contract price on our projects between $120,000 up to $480,000. I highly recommend Hillbrook Projects to prospective clients.
