Working with Pitch Building Group was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their commitment to excellence and transparency throughout the entire process truly set them apart. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in every aspect of the build were exceptional, and the quality of the finishes exceeded our expectations. One of the most impressive aspects was their ability to stay on budget while remaining flexible. Any changes we requested were handled seamlessly, and if a proposed item looked out of place, they provided instant, honest feedback to ensure the final result was perfect. This proactive approach gave us confidence that every decision was made with our best interests in mind. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Pitch Building Group to anyone looking for a builder who values quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

We had Pitch Building undertake a major six month renovation of our house that included significant structural works. The project was concluded on time and on budget for the contracted works. Given the anecdotes one hears surrounding renovations, this was a quite pleasant surprise. We had the works reviewed at two points by a third party project manager and he was most complimentary regarding the workmanship and attention to detail. No issues were detected. Further, Connor and his team were very easy to work with. Small issues that arose were effectively and harmoniously handled. I never felt that I did not want to meet with Connor or his team members. This was a great stress reliever. It was also noticeable that Connor was on-site doing hands on work nearly all of the time. This means he was fully aware of what was occurring and what the issues might be - and there were few of them. He also set the workmanship standard. The experience was one of dealing with a real builder from the quote to the sign off rather than the sales guy disappearing after signing and a new and varying crew appearing. We would whole-heartedly recommend Pitch Building and Connor Lindsay for a major renovation project with structural work.

Pitch Building completed our home reno, creating a new main bedroom with ensuite and spare bedroom/study. Connor completed the job on budget and on-time. He was great to deal with at all stages of the build, with great attention to detail and consistent communication. Pricing was competitive and we can’t fault the quality of the finish. We have already recommended Pitch Building to our family and friends and would love to work with them again.
