People turned up on time and when they said they would. Completed tasks to an amazing standard and also were flexible and accomadating when we made a few small changes .. it felt like nothing was a problem.. will work with Rob again...

  Rob Carlson is a highly skilled and competent builder and problem-solver who gets the job done with a minimum of fuss. He is an excellent communicator, and kept us fully informed throughout our project. We found him to be extremely personable, trustworthy and professional, and focused on finding practical solutions for any unforeseen difficulties (of which there are always some in older buildings). We would gladly use Carlson Built again and highly recommend them for any project.

He was always professional, knowledgeable, efficient and reliable, as were his tradies. We couldn’t speak more highly of Rob, and we’ll be forever grateful to him for the care that he took in completing our house. Would recommend Rob unreservedly.
