  From the initial point of contact, Mars clearly stood out as a fantastic communicator with a great focus on Excellent Customer Service. His immense experiences in the building industry, coupled with his passion for building beautiful quality homes and a ‘can-do’ and supportive attitudes were some of the criterias that led our decision to award iB Homes with a Contract, and subsequently delivered on our Project and completion of two (x2) beautiful double-stories townhouses. Despite unplanned delays largely due to Covid-19 pandemic, and regulatory requirements which significantly impacted on our completion schedule, Mars has demonstrated resiliency and continue to work with his Customer to ensure an earliest possible Project completion. We are very happy with the final products, and would highly recommend iB Homes as a Builder of choice. We honestly believe that Cheap isn’t always good, and Expensive isn’t always best. You pay for what you want. Mars and his friendly & professional design consultant will work with you and guide you through the selection process, and hopefully making it an enjoyable journey.

  iB Homes completed my project on-time and on-budget, with a great result. I enjoyed working with Mars, he was always contactable and responsive, by phone, text and email, and also for meetings on-site. The scheduling of trades on the project was very precise and efficient, which facilitated the on-time/on-budget result. I'd advise clients that want a similar outcome to be prepared to make timely decisions and also minimise variations. I found Mars allowed me to be involved as much or as little as I wanted during various stages in the project, and was also very clear on what he needed from me. Working with iBhomes was a positive experience and positive outcome.
