  Alex has been of great help with the renovation of my old investment property. He is very experienced and always strives for Quality service. he is very upfront about the costs and does not like cheap materials.. he always is up for Quality Materials and advises based on Permanent Solutions and Long term Sustainability. I have built a customised unit with him and hence opted him for this renovation. he has not let me down at all. Thanks Alex and Urbanised team for helping us with two projects one after the other. Most importantly he helps interstate investors like me to choose and pick up materials. He is very responsive and attends to your call within few hours. If he is busy he will text you and attend to your query. Being in Sydney I am able to get this renovation done on time and he has been very flexible with my schedules as well.

  Dealing with Urbanised Homes was a great experience from start to finish. After a house fire I had no choice but to demolish the property and rebuild. From the beginning Alex and Tony guided me through the entire process i.e. demolition, design, council preparation and build, they even recommended I visit some of their properties so I can see examples of their homes. I was extremely happy with the outcome and their guidance; problem solving any issues or concerns I had – nothing was ever a problem. I would highly recommend Urbanised Homes if you are considering developing. Thank you Alex & Tony.
