  I’m so happy with the build of my new home with Nostra Homes. The whole experience was great for me. The team at Nostra were professional and well organised from start to finish. My site supervisor, Rayne, was fantastic. I would have him build any home I build in the future. He was always happy to help and fix or resolve any issue that came up and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Rayne made sure things were on track and sent through updates every fortnight on the progress of the build. He has completed the house to a very high standard and quality. Even after handover, Rayne has on numerous occasions gone above and beyond to organise anything that needed to be fixed or replaced for me. My customer consultant, Kellie was also great to deal with, providing clear updates and support throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the final result and highly recommend Nostra Homes to anyone looking to build. Thank so much Rayne and the team!

  Purchased a 2BR townhouse with Nostra at Fraser Rise. Overall very satisfied with the process & site management. Key dates: • Land title: August 2024 • Site Build Start: 28/10/24 • Practical Completion: 10/7/25 • Keys handover: 9/8/25. Build process was easy for me to navigate & stay informed. At the conclusion of each build stage I was issued a timely progress payment invoice, with actual progress & photos documented on online portal. Finance team were easy to deal with too. Special mention to Site Manager Chris Cristaldo who kept us well informed of actual and planned progress during the build process. I appreciated his regular fortnightly updates, and he was always prompt to respond if I had any questions. During the final build stages Chris was very accommodating & allowed me to bring some friends to view the property early. The final PCI & handover process was also a positive experience. During the PC inspection Chris presented the minor defects still to be rectified prior to handover, and also took onboard any requirements which I had identified. These were all properly addressed prior to handover. Post-handover, Chris was also very prompt to arrange install of any remaining electrical appliances, and ensured that I was satisfied after. Chris has been a great site manager to work with during this process. One week in, we are loving our new townhouse & delighted with our choice to go with Nostra. All in all a very positive experience, with minimal intervention required on my side. Would recommend Nostra Homes to any prospective purchasers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  We had an absolutely fantastic experience with the Nostra team having recently built townhouse in Fraser Rise. Especially Chris the Site Supervisor and Geena the Building Coordinator. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free. Chris was incredibly professional, keeping everything running seamlessly and consistently updating us throughout the build. Geena was always approachable and thorough in her communication, and easy to contact whenever we had questions. Their communication, attention to detail, and commitment to quality made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and friendly builders!

  I genuinely appreciate all the staff that ive had the pleasure of interacting with during the building process of my first house. My site supervisor, Nhan, has been super helpful with keeping me updated on the build process and being always willing to help get things organised and sorted. The building coordinator, Sarah, has been amazing to communicate with and super friendly to talk to. And to my surprise when i needed help during Nostra’s shut down period, the owner, Anthony, just came strolling down on a monday evening to sort out the issue. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thank you for everything

  You won't find a perfect builder, but a builder that is willing to fix the house post handover is the gold star. Our build took a while, although since being in the house (we're going into our 3.5years), we've had some issues. Each time Nostra maintenance has come out and fixed the issues. I've spoken to a few friends of mine who have built with other big builders, and they won't even inspect it and it's similar issues. I hope Nostra continues with their excellent service.
