  Returning client. This was a memorable construction as we braved a couple of hiccups and delays along the way. During the start of the construction, it was discovered that there were plenty of rocks in the property which required more time to excavate. AlphaQ helped me through this process when we needed to amend the drawings in order to suit the conditions of the property. When the town planning permit lapsed, we had to apply for an extension and AlphaQ made sure to follow-up regularly to expedite the process. Once things were sorted out and the construction commenced, it was full speed ahead from there. Our worries were wiped away with the regular site updates provided to us by the team. Carmen was an absolute pleasure to deal with, her professionalism and experience made it feel like a walk in the park throughout my build. I Would highly recommended!

  Impressed and satisfied with AlphaQ's professionalism and quality of work for our Duplex home. One of the interesting parts of this journey was when we were booked in for our Material Selections where we were amazed by the number of options which enabled us to visualise the finish of our home before the construction started. We were rest assured knowing that experienced contractors are handling the build and were thrilled when the construction was completed ahead of time.   Our first builder went into liquidation right after we signed the contract for our dream home in Brunswick West, we had to start over. We chose AlphaQ Property & Construction for several reasons: + their specialised teams handle various aspects like architecture and council matters, and + the high-quality trades selected by director, Nam Le. Throughout the project, Paul and Carmen provided consistent updates and support, helping us navigate council issues and offering emotional support during a stressful time, especially given the turmoil in the building industry. Nam personally reviewed each stage and conducted the final inspection, addressing all defects until we were completely satisfied. I was overwhelmed with emotion when we received the keys to our home.
