Their responsive, communicative and professional team was always upfront and honest with all the requests and changes that needed to be made. There were never any surprises or last minute issues that required any discussion as these were all pointed out as soon as they came up.   We engaged Costas Constructions to build our two luxury townhouses in the South Eastern suburbs. Costas Constructions were an absolute class operation from planning through to build completion. George and Alison offered their vast experience and sound advice in the initial stages and Dale made sure the build was of an extremely high standard and was completed in a better than expected time frame. The Trades engaged were very professional and did a great job. All the staff in the office were very helpful at every stage. We are over the moon with the result and we would not hesitate to recommend Costas Constructions.

  Costas Constructions have done an amazing job on our 3 unit development from the planning stage to the completion and we wouldn't be able to complete the build without them. I would highly recommend them for any multi unit development as they were professional in every dealing, very responsive and completed the build at high standard ahead of schedule. And the best thing was that every person we dealt with at Costas was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

  I have been impressed with Costas Constructions attention to detail from the initial planning phase ,during construction and the eventual completed projects over the past 6 years. The communication and liaison between the office and the construction team is first class. The developments I have been involved with have been completed on schedule and within budget. I am very impressed with George and his team and would highly recommend Costas Constructions to any developers or home builders in the future.

  Having recently utilised the services of George and his team, we found the process of developing a two lot subdivision far easier with the resources available to Costas Constructions than trying to manage it ourselves. Though the project in Ringwood North had it's challenges and delays, George and his excellent team of professionals completed construction in a very timely and pleasing manner. The outstanding admin team, construction management team and other range of professionals pulled together through tough conditions to deliver. I hope to engage the team again on the next project
