I recently engaged Greg to renovate & repair my bathroom and manage the whole process with his trades. I have to say that this was the most stress-free renovation I have every experienced. Greg took care of everything from protecting existing furnishings, to cleaning up, to clear communications when things were to happen. The works were completed perfectly, professionally, without any unexpected gotchas. In budget and on time. Full transparency and no bull. This was mainly due to his diligence and thoroughness at the quoting and planning stage. His tradies were all super polite and thoughtful in our home as the bathroom was worked on. We are more than happy with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending Greg. We would certainly use him in the future. Total gentleman. Thanks Greg for restoring our faith in the trades.

We couldn’t have completed our Edwardian renovation without Greg. As first-time renovators—and often interstate during the project—having someone so trustworthy, attentive, and personable was a godsend. Greg guided us through every step, helped us save costs, and managed the project with genuine care. We couldn't recommend Greg more and will be using him for phase 2 of our renovation (if he will have us!).

Outstanding service! If I could give more stars I would. Greg is an exceptional builder. He initially undertook a small shower repair for us which was going to be tricky to match tiles if they were damaged. Greg’s care and attention to detail mapped out a minimal impact strategy that was executed flawlessly. Tiles removed with care and able to be put back in to finish the job. All his subbies are polite, friendly, explain what they’re doing and, wait for it, turn up when expected and let you know when they’re done and leaving site. 😱 Greg’s communication is next level. We knew who was arriving and when and he met them on site to brief them. Seamless job with all trades sequenced and appearing when expected. We subsequently asked Greg to undertake a balcony retrofit after a shoddy builder had left it unfinished and, as we found out, in an unsafe state. Again, Greg mapped out a flawless plan and it was executed with amazing consistency ensuring the balcony was all finished on time as expected. He was consultative on our finish choices, took care around the rest of the property (working around our precious Clematis climbing the balcony) and his flawless communication all the way made it almost set and forget for us. The quality of the finish is outstanding. Highly highly recommend Greg and his crew!!

Greg renovated our bathroom, after a leak was detected in our shower. Greg and his team did a professional job, demolishing the old bathroom, addressing the water damage, and building the new bathroom. Greg was prompt in his communication throughout the process, and always had time to answer any questions we had during the construction. He and his team took great care to leave our home clean and tidy once the job was complete, and Greg personally ensured all the work was completed to the highest standard. Having a leak in your bathroom is an incredibly stressful situation to deal with, and Greg personally understood the feelings and difficulty we were going through. I'd completely recommend Greg and his team to anyone looking to renovate, or dealing with a similar situation.
