We had a very positive experience with Sherbrooke Constructions for our home extension project and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We initially chose them because, during the consultation stage, we were genuinely impressed by their systematic and detailed approach. From design through to project management, everything was clearly explained and supported by a well-structured, transparent plan. It gave us confidence that the entire journey would be carefully managed — and that proved to be absolutely true. Of course, planning is one thing — execution is what truly matters. We were fortunate to work closely with Ljiljana (Contracts Administrator) and Michael (Project Manager) throughout the 15-month construction period. They were knowledgeable, responsible, detail-oriented, responsive and consistently helpful. Beyond their professionalism, they both have wonderful personalities, which made the entire process much more enjoyable. It was genuinely a pleasure collaborating with them. Another key reason we chose Sherbrooke was their “Sherbrooke for Life” program. It reflects their confidence in the quality of their workmanship. After handover, the team led by Kurtis promptly and smoothly addressed a few minor issues, which further reinforced our trust in the company. Building and extending a home can be a stressful experience, but Sherbrooke Constructions delivered with professionalism, transparency and care. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a home extension.

We had a very positive experience building our home with Sherbrooke Constructions. It has been 6 months since we moved back into our new home, and we continue to be extremely happy with the outcome. Communication throughout the entire build process was excellent, and we always felt informed and supported. The trades used were reliable and delivered high-quality work, and the build was completed on time, which we really appreciated. You often hear nightmare stories from people who have built their own homes—particularly about builders disappearing once payments are made—but this was never the case with Sherbrooke. From start to finish, the team remained engaged, responsive, and committed. A special mention must go to Kevin, our project manager, who was very helpful in guiding us and supporting us throughout the whole build. He consistently answered all our questions and concerns and provided regular updates every step of the way. Cath, our contract manager also deserves recognition for working tirelessly behind the scene managing all the paperwork and administration. We know there were others on the Sherbrooke team who worked behind the scene to make the whole process as smooth as possible and we would like to extend our thanks to them as well. The aftercare provided by Kurtis has been exceptional and truly sets Sherbrooke apart. It’s clear why they are renowned for their post-build support. If we were to build again, Sherbrooke Constructions would be the one we would choose. We feel so grateful that we made the decision to go with Sherbrooke.

It has been a great experience working with Sherbrooke on our recent renovation in particular the project team starting with Michael (Project Manager), Ben (Carpentry Team) and Electrical. The project was delivered on time and the project team worked well to ensure we were able to live onsite during the construction. This project saw the members of the project team onsite daily and we had regulary progress updates by the project manager.

From the beginning Sherbrooke stood out from all other companies we were working with. - Their initial design was far cleverer and elegant than all others. - Their use of systems made the job easy to track from choices, designs, contracts and invoices. - Build quality was extremely high and made sure that everything as as perfect as possible before handover. However the biggest difference was the Construction Manager Will McLeod. His leadership through the project was outstanding. Kept us informed and appropriately involved. Every problem he came with a suggested solution.
