  We would like to sincerely thank Kingsbridge Homes for delivering us a beautiful home within just a year, including both the paperwork and the construction process. We had the pleasure of working with Lachlan as our House & Land consultant, who is now a Manager. He responded to all my emails and questions clearly and promptly. When I urgently needed the HIA contract to meet my mortgage requirements, Kingsbridge Homes was able to prepare the contract within a week, which was both impressive and incredibly helpful. During the building permit application stage, I would like to thank Abbi and Jessie for their reassurance and regular updates. They were always friendly and responded to emails in a timely manner, which made the process much smoother. During the build, we were fortunate to have Emily as our Site Supervisor. She was hardworking, professional, and addressed all our concerns regarding the private inspection reports. She provided regular updates and clearly explained the upcoming stages. Her excellent organisational skills certainly contributed to the smooth and efficient progress of the build. We have previously completed another project with a different builder, and unfortunately, their aftercare was disappointing. They failed to follow up after defect submissions. With Kingsbridge homes, Emily followed up on defects both in person and via email after the handover. We were very pleased with the level of care and professionalism. I even reached out to Kingsbridge for my next investment project. Although they couldn’t assist due to budget constraints, I would still strongly recommend Kingsbridge Homes to anyone looking for a builder. They genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their work.

  Overall it was good experience working with Kingsbridge for our dream home, sales person was very good and knowledgeable and helped us shaped the layout of the house . Our site supervisor Bob was also very good and always available for help, after handover so far does not face any major issue, for all minor issues Bob is very responsive and helping us to fix the issues quickly. Only one point to mention and that’s for current management team as they were not very helpful for some small changes needs to made during the construction which can improve the customer satisfaction level.

  We chose Kingsbridge Homes because of the attractive inclusion and the good reviews and we were glad that we did! The process from Sales to Colour Selection was easy. Our site supervisor was great as he paid attention to details and listened to our concerns. To top it off, construction was completed in 7 months! A wonderful experience for our first knockdown and rebuild.

Our contract coordinators Abbi and Jessie, site supervisor Emily are very friendly and prompt in responding to our questions, and they provide us with an update every step of the building process. We are impressed by the end result of the house and the quality of the work. Highly recommend this building company.

  We were unfamiliar with Kingsbridge Homes initially, but after exploring their floor plans and reading the positive reviews, we decided to go ahead with them and we're very happy we did. The team throughout the entire build was nothing but professional, helpful, and accommodating. One thing that could have been improved, however, was the colour and electrical appointment. With our larger home, it felt a bit rushed to squeeze everything into one day, and we believe splitting it into separate sessions would have been more efficient. That being said, from the moment we signed the contract in September, we were genuinely impressed with how quickly everything came together. It took just 9 months to build our 40-square home – we couldn't have asked for a faster turnaround. Lisa from the admin team was fantastic in coordinating things and keeping us in the loop throughout the process. A special shoutout to Bob, our site supervisor, who was amazing. Not only did he have an incredible depth of knowledge, but he was also extremely responsive to any concerns we had. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but they were always addressed promptly. It's clear that Bob and his trades take pride in their work, which made a huge difference. While we would have liked a bit more communication during the build, the final product more than makes up for it. We couldn't be happier with how our home turned out. Thanks to everyone involved – we absolutely love our new home!

  I chose Kingsbridge Homes based on the professionalism and willingness to assist of the sales consultant Clare. She went above and beyond working with me making changes to the floor plans to make sure it suited everything I was wanting. Throughout the Admin & Contracts stage Abbi has been thorough, responsive and a great help even with all the little extras and colours we added in. Ash was the site Supervisor who was very detailed in his Communication with me about what was happening and when and had a great team of trades working with him. We're absolutely stoked with how our home has come together from the customised floor plan, colour selections and build quality, and the time frame in which it was built. There would be no hesitation to recommend Kingsbridge as a builder or using them again if we were to build again (not anytime soon though - we love this house!)
