If you ever think custom small builders are expensive and volume builders are cheaper, think twice! After a bad experience with a volume builder, I was very glad that I ended up working with Brad and his team. He is very up-front and clear about everything at the very beginning so there was no hidden surprises. And not like many bigger companies having limitations on what you can/cannot choose for the house, as well as charging a 'change fee' for everything, even if it's the smallest thing, Brad tried his best to get what I wanted for the house and accommodated reasonable changes along the way and always put client's interest first. It was also evident that Brad and his team pride themselves on quality craftsmanship and attention to details.
