It is often said that building a house is either a dream or a nightmare, with nothing in between. Our new house build has been a dream come true. Brad McCormack homes was the first builder we contacted and right from the get go there was nothing that was too much bother for Brad to Accomodate, we then found that our initial discussion with Brad became the benchmark we set for other quotes. We observed some of Brad's previous work and felt it was of high end standard. From the moment that planning and permits were arranged, the work achieved by Brad and his team has been nothing short of outstanding, all of his contractors are excellent in the manner of performing their work and taking pride in what they do. Brad fully understands all aspects of ensuring a fantastic result, and makes sure that anyone working on site delivers to the high standard expected and takes no shortcuts whatsoever, We are so grateful to Brad for building us a lovely house that has been finished so well Brad is second to no one. If you ever think custom small builders are expensive and volume builders are cheaper, think twice! After a bad experience with a volume builder, I was very glad that I ended up working with Brad and his team. He is very up-front and clear about everything at the very beginning so there was no hidden surprises. And not like many bigger companies having limitations on what you can/cannot choose for the house, as well as charging a 'change fee' for everything, even if it's the smallest thing, Brad tried his best to get what I wanted for the house and accommodated reasonable changes along the way and always put client's interest first. It was also evident that Brad and his team pride themselves on quality craftsmanship and attention to details. I would definitely recommend Brad McCormack Homes to anyone planning to build a house or an extension/renovation, you will not regret your choice!
