We would happily recommend Inverloch builders, we have been delighted with the process and end result. We found Andrew and Kylie to be well organised, efficient and good communicators. Andrew listened to our ideas and made helpful contributions in the planning stages. Using a local building team and suppliers was also a definite advantage. Meeting on site through the construction phase meant that Andrew and any of the trades could meet with us easily and supplies could be received or collected with a minimum of fuss. Andrew was always calm and polite even when we made changes or wanted to make sudden additions, which I’m sure, was frustrating! We were kept up to date with costs throughout the project which was important with budgeting constraints. The after service has also been excellent. Some minor details required correction and the team were very quick to respond and make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend Inverloch builders.

We engaged Inverloch Builders for pre-construction services during the design phase of our home renovation, collaborating closely with both us and our drafter. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Andrew attended every design meeting and consistently added value to our decision-making process. He reviewed design ideas in real time, provided cost estimates as the plans evolved, and helped us stay grounded without stifling our creativity. His calm, thoughtful approach encouraged us to dream bigger when appropriate — and reined us in when our ambitions stretched beyond our budget. Thanks to Andrew’s guidance, we felt confident in our design decisions. While there was an upfront fee for the service, we’re convinced it saved us a significant amount in the final build quotes. Andrew also introduced us to potential suppliers and even joined us at those meetings to help evaluate options and pricing. His involvement throughout the process was invaluable and we have now contracted him to complete the renovation.

Andrew Kempster & his team have transformed our Federation Inverloch house, giving it a loving overhaul from top to bottom, and bringing it back to life :) Every member of the Inverloch Builders team have been a pleasure to work with from beginning to end of the 6 month process. We are so pleased with the outcome, from beautiful polished floor boards, to a state of the art bathroom & country kitchen in keeping with the era. We will enjoy it for many years to come. We would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Inverloch Builders!

We are absolutely delighted with the renovation that Andy from Inverloch Builders did on our 1930s weather board cottage. Andy is a great communicator and a wonderful problem solver. The workmanship of his team was excellent and our neighbors have complimented them on their professionalism and the tidiness of the site. Passersby have even stopped to let us know how beautiful the house looks and guests have commented on how comfortable and usable the spaces are now. I would not hesitate to recommend Andy and Inverloch Builders to you.

We had a great experience with our renovations completed by Inverloch Builders. The tradesmen were highly skilled and efficient. They were flexible, allowing us to add gpos, light switches and tiling throughout the renovation. Andrew kept us informed regularly of next steps throughout the project. Kylie managed the paperwork (including contract and invoicing) and was great to deal with. We recommend Inverloch Builders for any scale of project.
