We cant recommend JAC (Jacob & Caron) Home Builders highly enough! They dealt with our complex old cottage addition, and our multiple-stage new build ... it was an architect designed project and with our own project management too. No problem was too hard, everything was well planned and executed, and the whole lot was great value for money. We would have them again over & over 😀

JAC built us a lovely new home in an efficient and timely manner. Jacob and Caron were always helpful and easy to communicate with and had good ideas when addressing design and technical issues. The JAC staff and contractors were always polite and approachable and very capable in their areas of expertise. We are delighted with our new home.

We cannot recommend JAC Building enough. Jacob and Caron are wonderful to work with. We are renovating our 60's style home and they knew exactly what we wanted. What was in our heads ,they have carried through to the building. More than helpful and happy to do any ideas or changes we needed. Such a great ,hard working team behind them. Everything is co-ordinated beautifully. Our house is now a home with heart and soul being put back in. Very, very highly recommend. We are definitely going to keep using J.A.C.Building for all future work.

Just needed an urgent bathroom door replaced for my rental cottage … hard to find trades people to do this kind of work alongside their larger jobs. Despite JAC’s other commitments, they responded immediately, did a great job and left the place spotless. All done in my absence and all I had to do on my return was put the tin of paint away 😀 Thanks again for superb work and treating smaller customers equally well as larger ones.

Jacob and Caron were both extremely professional, gave us lots of advice and support on a complicated project and were always easy to contact with any questions or queries and were very diligent in responding and following up. Will definitely contract them on future projects.

Jacob and Caron made the daunting process of renovating our house much easier. They were professional and approachable throughout the process of planning, contracts and getting the work done. They quickly replied to emails and were available to talk on the phone whenever we needed to. Their expertise and professional opinions were valuable as they guided us through the process of renovating our 60s house. The work was of excellent standard throughout. We started our journey with them when we replaced our old windows with double glazed ones, then we were happy to work with them again to renovate almost the entire house. We will be approaching them for future projects.
