  When we were looking for a builder in Inverloch, it was impossible to find anyone with something negative to say about Dennis - everyone was overwhelmingly positive. And now, with our new house just completed, I can understand why. Everything went very smoothly and the build was finished two months ahead of schedule. Dennis was brilliant to work with - always friendly and approachable, readily available whenever we wanted to discuss anything, and excellent advice if we were unsure about any decision. And the final result has exceeded our expectations. I unreservedly recommend him and his team.

Ahead of schedule and on budget, Dennis and his team always go above and beyond and have created an amazing beach house which we could not be happier with.   Key message here "The Best Builder in Victoria if not Australia". Having built a couple of times with others, Dennis Piasente is simply extraordinary. Dennis is a highly intelligent, professional, perfectionist. Dennis built a high quality home for us in Inverloch. Dennis gets involved as he is building his own home, with laser focus on you and what you want to create. A very rare skill to have when you have a thousand things going on, but for him only you and your project exists...talk about the power of Now. His reputation speaks for it's self. His team are caring and all very focused. Dennis built our house within 9 months, not a straightforward build, building on a slope and in the midst of Covid having to manage multiple supply shortages as well as shut downs. Dennis liased and worked directly with our pool company and the engineers (not typically what a builder would do) and took much of the process work away from us. We look forward to building with Dennis again in the near future. Thank you from the Sahni family!!!
