Arkit completed a major renovation on our house nearly 3 years ago. Every visitor to the house comments on the renovation and how good a job it was. The Arkit Team on site (headed by Chris) were sensational, nothing was too much trouble and the job finished on schedule....which was tight before Christmas. Highly recommend them as builders and also their Architects, in the planning and design stage. Happy wife and happy life!

Our first experience of using a builder, so we did our homework and got references, but we may have had unrealistic expectations of the project's overall time from design to occupancy and therefore be a bit harsh. Anecdotally, others tell us how fortunate we were and we've seen many other projects in the area drag on and on. The big advantage to us of prefab offsite was the minimal disruption period (six months from start of demolition to occupancy) and ARKit delivered a strong, quality build in that period, despite Covid restrictions and problems. Glad we had a fixed priced contract, as material costs increased during our project, and there were a few unforeseen problems (which, in hindsight, is to be expected with renovating an Edwardian home, I suppose). Very happy with the result.
