  I absolutely have to recommend Omnia Homes, especially if you're a first time builder or budget conscious. They've truly taken the stress out of building. I was worried about quality dipping because of the great price, but that's just not the case here. What sold me was how easy they made it. You get generous inclusions right off the bat, and the fact that their design team already picked out the exterior and interior colour schemes meant I didn't have to make a million decisions. Everything just looks cohesive and high end from day one.

  We built with Omnia Homes in 2021. While there were some hiccups during the build process and communication after handover wasn’t great, I’m pleased to share that Omnia Homes has since stepped up and taken responsibility for addressing the outstanding issues. The experience has now turned into a very positive one. I’ve been especially impressed with Alex. His timely and clear communication has made the process a pleasure. Fixes are still ongoing, but it’s clear that Alex is on top of everything, and I’m genuinely happy with the progress and support I’ve been receiving.

  Solid builder. My place was finished about 4 months ago and our maintenance has just been all sorted too, even agreed to fix a few things my kids managed to break. House Quality is good, not a bad completion time either considering whats going on in the building industry these days with all the shortages - there were about 6 other builds going on in my street at the same time and I think I was either the 1st or 2nd to move in, considering I had a pretty custom home we were pretty surprised. Just wanted to finally say thanks and that we appreciate all the effort.
