Gabriel was involved the whole time, very accommodating and cared about the service he and the team provided. He has great attention to detail and combined with a very experienced site supervisor and admin team, we couldn't be happier with the end result.   We took our time to select our builder, at first we weren’t sure what we wanted but by talking to many people we realised we were looking for a partnership. I spoke to 10 builders over 12 months to get a sense of their style - are they collaborators or prefer to be left to make decisions on their own? Are they “the best” or the “best for us”? When we spoke to Gab and Daniel, our first meeting, we felt like it was a meeting of the minds. Shared values - to build our dream home, and navigate it together, towards something we could be proud of, something that would also remain in budget. ☺️ A relationship where we could troubleshoot issues based on trust - for me that was number 1. Of course we did our due diligence and also went to tender because transparency is important to us and we needed to be firm on costs through a fixed price contract. The final product speaks for itself. Quality collaboration. Respectful two way relationship. A beautiful house, now our home and we love it. We navigated through any issues that cropped up, which helped us sleep through the night. Open communication is Gab’s strength. You won’t have to chase him, he’s proactive and solutions-oriented. We always felt heard. Building with Fortier for us, was a fabulous team experience and we are still stunned by the result. Thank you to the fabulous team!
