  My Wife and I have recently moved into our brand new amazing home in West Beach built by Sterling Homes. We knocked down and rebuilt with our custom plans. From the start, everything was seamless. My block comes in at an angle on one side which meant that we had to massage our plans a little. The concept that came back to us was/is extremely practical and actually works better than our original plans. We put a new inground pool in, the communication between Sterling Homes and our pool company was first class. Everything now looks amazing with a seamless indoor to outdoor alfresco area with the adjoining pool. It looks exactly the same as the resort style dream we had for our back garden. We are so happy with our final product, the brickwork is exceptional, carpentry, finishing and painting also exceptional. Even our recent 3 month inspection where there were a few minimal touch ups that needed addressing which Sterling Homes were more than happy to oblige. A special shout out to everyone in customer service too, you addressed all of our questions and concerns. I would definitely build again with Sterling Homes, we don't plan on going anywhere soon though. Mick & Kath.

  We recently built our family home with sterling homes, we are super happy from Sterling home their staffs, our first meeting with Brandon who designed our beautiful home he is very friendly great communication and had experience with designed, Approximate build time from slab start to finish was 10 months Double story home and really happy with the home and He made the build experience so positive for us. 10/10 and also the selections process was awesome. And special thanks from site Supervisor stefano, he is amazing always on time and hard work Very professional and approachable supervisor. Keeps the site running smoothly and safely.   If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would. Sterling was very awesome with our build. Our beautiful home was built in 6 months! Yes 6 months. Shocking right? Yes they are awesome like that. I’m very certain there are people who have had the same positive experience with Sterling but haven’t had the chance to give their review. The experience was top notch and I think what we needed and clear communication of our expectations at the very beginning was taken very seriously and professionally. Rob was the best and the sales person who is no longer in Sterling(so name reserved) was awesome. Site supervisor was very polite and the process was so quick and smooth. The communication was brief and few ( we did not need much since we saw the fast progress of things). I will build again and again and again with Sterling. Thank you Sterling for keeping your word.

  The process was delayed however sterling was accomodating during our build with the changes we suggest and the finishes were nicer than we expected. The house turned out beautiful.
