  We are very happy with our build through TRIIIA. It went smoothly and was very quick and we have an excellent finished product. We have already recommended TRIIIA to several of our friends and acquaintances. We went with TRIIIA/Simon after we got a bad feeling with a volume builder on the eve of signing a build contract for a custom version of one of their designs. TRIIIA was recommended to us by someone who had built with them before. Simon helped us restart the build process by putting us in touch with 365 Architects to work up our own design, with TRIIIA then managing the Council approvals process for our design. We then contracted with TRIIIA to build our design. Simon was transparent and very communicative throughout the whole process. We were impressed by the standard inclusions in TRIIIA's specification and went with many of the "standard" items with TRIIIA's suppliers due to their quality and aesthetic. We were impressed with how quickly the build progressed, with there appearing to be work undertaken on site consistently and speedily. We contrasted this with some other builds in our area, which appeared to go for weeks at a time with no activity. Simon was transparent on pricing for upgrades and additional inclusions that we wanted to do as the build was progressing and was very easy to get along with. We are happy that we went with our gut and went with TRIIIA. This was reinforced when our building inspector for the final inspection said that he thought the house was very well built and up there with the best he had seen(!)

They listened to my ideas and concerns and worked with me every step of the way to ensure that the final result exceeded my expectations.   Simon and the TRIIIA team truly stood out throughout our custom build, guiding us from the initial meeting to the design phase, with Simon as our point of contact and site supervisor until handover. The efficiency, speed and quality of the build were commendable, particularly in the face of the current building industry challenges with delays in trades and materials. In total the build took around 10 months with our slab going down in February and handover in late November. Maintaining open lines of communication, Simon was easily accessible via email or text throughout the duration of the build. Simon maintains great relationships and connections with all involved tradespeople, most of which have worked with him for several years. We also valued the flexibility to engage our own private inspector, whose findings, albeit minor, were promptly addressed by Simon and the trades involved. All additional issues picked up, even during and after handover (as is expected with the many people involved in the building process) were rectified promptly by TRIIIA. Simon shows great pride, care and is a stickler for quality in his work as is showcased on his social media. He has a genuine commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout all aspects of the build to ensure that his customers are happy with the end result. In the future, we'd gladly build with TRIIIA once again for any upcoming projects. We truly value the personalised approach that sets Simon and the TRIIIA team apart from other volume builders, ensuring we're “not just a number” but a well looked after priority in every step of the process.
