Very professional service, we will be definitely using them again when the need arises. Dan the plumber was super friendly, polite and efficient. Tidied up nicely afterwards and asked me if I was happy with everything before he left. Brad the Ops Manager was extremely helpful with any needs I had, communicated and listened very well. Went above and beyond my expectations.

We recently had United Plumbing out to complete a large job for our strata group involving removing pavers and digging up & repairing a broken pipe. From the first enquiry, the team were prompt with their responses to both myself and our strata managers and to provide a site visit & quote for required works. My neighbours and I all agree that United Plumbing was fairly priced and maintained a clean & safe site throughout the works. The two plumbers that did the work were friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the work required. They gave each of us ample notice when water needed to be temporarily switched off and took extra care while also finishing the job efficiently (even with an unexpected obstruction they had to work around) which was very convenient for us with works being located in a communal driveway. We trust & highly recommend United Plumbing!

Great service from start to finish. I booked online and quickly received a call from Brad to confirm and schedule the job. I really appreciated being kept in the loop when the plumber was running a bit late — great communication. The plumber was friendly, professional, and got everything sorted with no hassle. All plumbing maintenance issues were completed thoroughly. Highly recommend United Plumbing for reliable, friendly and efficient service!

Cannot recommend United Plumbing enough! They were quick to organise a time to come out to replace my flexi hoses as well as installing isolation valves to give me peace of mind. Daniel was friendly, professional, honest and clearly knowledgeable, I am 100% satisfied with the job he did as well as the communication, organisation and helpfulness of both Brad and Sarah, I won't be going to anyone else for plumbing needs in the future! :)
