  We've had a fantastic experience with Oakford Homes so far. Stage 1 was completed incredibly quickly, and the team really pushed to have slab down and everything finished before Christmas, which meant we could start the new year ahead of schedule. This was truly appreciated and gave us confidence that we will be in the house before we're married. Our block wasn't a standard size, but Oakford Homes handled the customisation of our home efficiently and with great attention to detail. They saved us a significant amount of time and money guiding us in the right direction. The new 7-star energy rating was something we initially thought might cause complications, but Oakford Homes made this part of process feel seamless. They were all over the new requirements and found solutions within budget. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing every step of the way, which gave us a lot of confidence. From the first price guide provided it included generous allowances for stone benchtops, appliances, structural steel, and site works. When it came time to make our selections, this meant we could choose freely and get exactly what we wanted without feeling restricted... and we still came out with credits. We're extremely happy with our experience so far and would confidently recommend Oakford Homes to anyone looking for an efficient, knowledgeable, and detail-focused builder.

  We built 2 custom homes with Oakford side by side and wanted something with nice quality fixtures and good workmanship. We have tradie friends and were advised by them that Oakford were built to a high standard. And have a good reputation in the building industry. We found the design process pretty easy as we were advised on what would comply and how we could achieve what we wanted. We found the selection inclusions were to a really good standard, we had to go to a few places for the selection process, but this gave us more choice. We asked a lot of questions, and our selection consultant was always prompt in replying with suggestions and costs. We had a few minor issues during the build, but our supervisor was quick to get them fixed. We are very happy with our new home, and we had no problem selling the other. We have no hesitation recommending Oakford to our friends and family.

  From the very first enquiry about building a display home, the staff were extremely honest and upfront about both timing and cost. It took us over 12 months to decide to build with Oakford, yet we never felt pressured at any stage. There were no surprises throughout the sales or build process. Our build itself took 12 months from the slab being poured and was delivered exactly on budget. My husband took an active role in the process to ensure there were no hold-ups on our side, and every trade we spoke with had nothing but praise for the business. The end result is a beautiful home built to our high standards. We couldn’t be happier and would absolutely choose to build with Oakford again.

She is very helpful and tailor a plan to suit for us. Kimberly has guide through the process nice and clear with options. Of course, Robert also easy to reach and he leads his team to make it success. Site supervisor Glenn is very professional to guide through from the starts to completion. Absolutely grateful for his job well done. Very are please to have Jerry the tiler. He is a top professional trades person with lots of experience. We also would like to share our view of after completion maintenance. We do have raise of faults and reports issues. In our situation it has been resolved very quickly. We are please with that.
