  It’s hard to know where to start when writing this review. Negative reviews are easy since you can always pin point what the issues were. However, when you’re this happy about everything - from start to finish, the finished product and the journey in whole; it’s difficult to find the right words to do the review justice. Let’s start by being honest - we had never heard of Genworth Homes when we started our building journey. We thought we knew who all the good builders were, after all we’d done our research and seen all the ads and magazine spreads. We thought we knew what we wanted. This would be our lasting family home so we only wanted the best. We had sat down with multiple ‘luxury custom builders’ and it was actually one of these builders who were honest enough to point us in the direction of Genworth Homes once they realised our vision and desire for only the best. From that point forward, we sought out as much information about Genworth as we could and were blown away by, yes I’ll say it, how magnificent their homes were and how much they are respected by everyone in the industry. Every single trade and supplier we met had nothing but praise for Genworth. My favourite line actually came from a Genworth competitor who likened themselves to BMW (affordable luxury) and tried to dissuade us going to Genworth by calling them the Lamborghinis. Are you kidding, everyone wants a Lamborghini! In all seriousness, though, we were initially daunted and thought a Genworth Home was an over reach for us. We nearly didn’t go with them which would have been one of the biggest mistakes of our lives. Thank god Chris Diamantis, himself, called me and made me see how great a fit we were. Bear in mind, Genworth won’t work with just anyone - they expect clients to be of a certain standard as well and to know that we passed the Chris test was certainly reassuring. Upon reading other reviews and testimonials, Chris certainly gets the bulk of the praise. And deservedly so - he is the heart and soul of the company. But it needs to be said, the entire team at Genworth are just an amazing group of incredibly talented individuals. I don’t have the words to thank them all enough for everything that they have done for us. They have made our journey so memorable and we have had so much fun along the way. We are now living in our Genworth house and could not be any happier. From the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU 🙏

  When we decided to renovate our home and build an extension, several people recommended Genworth Group to us, and we are so thankful they did. Genworth created a home for us that is beyond anything we could’ve imagined and we really enjoyed the entire process. We would absolutely build with them again. The quality of a Genworth build far exceeds any other builder and their attention to detail is second to none. They create timeless, elegant homes and every single person that has walked through our finished home has remarked at the quality of the build and the design. The Genworth team are honest, professional, and were able to give advice/input while still maintaining our wants as the client. We were involved in every decision and when surprises came up (as they do with all renovations!) Genworth came to us with various solutions. We cannot thank them enough for their communication throughout this project and any time we had a concern about a selection or anything else, Chris Diamantis was available and onsite to discuss it with us. Genworth treat their staff and their clients like one big family and every single home they design and build is given their full attention and commitment. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home.

  Chris Diamantis and the team at Genworth are a thoroughly professional and responsive company who place the highest value on customer service, building outstanding products and maintaining good client relationships. The quality of our new build is excellent and the finished product is elegant, functional and very special. Any minor settling issues have been addressed promptly and efficiently. Nothing is too much trouble for the Genworth team and their pride in their work is obvious. As highly satisfied clients, we would have no trouble in recommending the company and using them again for future building work. Thank you most sincerely for creating our beautiful home.

  I have only positive memories of my experience with Chris and his team, at Genworth. Building a home can be a daunting time, fortunately for me that was not the case. They listen yo you; they have a wealth of knowledge; they are creative and their attention to detail is next to none. Genworth went above and beyond in what is required to make a client happy. I confidently recommend the Genworth Group to anyone who wants perfection. I found this project to be fun and enjoyable and to see my home go from a piece of paper to turning the key was truly a wonderful journey. Jennifer E North Adelaide

One can rely on Genworth for the complete interior design of every room including architectural details, cabinetry design, fixtures and fittings, lighting and the latest technology. We trusted Genworth to build us a warm, functional, elegant home we are extremely proud of and delighted to call home. Chris clearly loves design and you can see this in each venture he undertakes.
