  We are fortunate enough to have been part of Centinas Guild Terraces development in Bowden and have lived here for just over 5 years now and we couldn’t be happier with our beautiful three storey townhouse . The Directors , design team and Site Manager went above and beyond with great communication including frequent catchups with other owners so we truly felt embedded in the community even before we moved in ! If you are considering building I would totally recommend the Centina team … they built us a home not just a house 🙏

  Even though Centina did not build my house 20 years ago, but I needed urgent work done to my dwelling. Jo and Paul were overseas on a long awaiting holiday, but they still found time to attend to my needs. The tradesmen they sent were courteous, on time and very helpful. Phone calls were returned and I was kept up to date with the process. Job completed within 4 days and happy with the service from Centina and their employees. Well done to a company that actually cares about the client and will definitely recommend building through them if needed in the near future.

  I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Centina and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with their service - particularly with Joanne. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful and professional, going above and beyond to ensure that my project was to my satisfaction. One of the things I most appreciated about Joanne was how responsive she was. She always returned my calls and emails promptly, and was very patient with my many questions and requests. I also appreciated how knowledgeable she was about the building industry, which really helped me to feel confident that I was making the right decisions. When it came to the actual building work, I was equally impressed. The team was efficient, tidy, and respectful of my property, and the finished result was stunning. I really couldn't have asked for more. Overall, I would recommend Centina to anyone looking for a reliable, experienced building company. And if you're lucky enough to work with Joanne, you can rest assured that you're in great hands!

  4-month review Firstly, give many thanks to Jo. What a amazing lady. I really understand there will be defects after a newly built house. Jo did a really good follow-up job. She is a nice person, really responsive and helpful. Both services and outcome were satisfied. Keys hand over on time. Quality of the house was above average within its price range. thoughtful modern design from inside out. spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Really appreciate Jo and Centina team. Will give another review in a year~
