Demarco Building

We recently had our two bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen renovated by Demarco Building, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The team did a fabulous job—not only with the quality of the work but also with the way they handled the entire process. From the beginning, they took extra time to communicate clearly and ensure that every aspect of the job was completed to a high standard. It was so refreshing to work with a builder who genuinely cared about what we wanted to achieve, our feelings throughout the renovation, and the final outcome. Their consideration for reducing the impact on our daily life was outstanding. We were especially grateful that they were able to complete the majority of the work while we travelled overseas. It's incredibly rare to find a company you can trust so completely—with both your home and your belongings—but they gave us full confidence throughout. The end result is fantastic, and we are thrilled with how everything has turned out. We will definitely be seeking their professional work again in the future as we continue to update other parts of our home. Highly recommended!

We are extremely happy with the entire team from Demarco building. We had structural works completed and could not have been more satisfied with Joel and his wonderful team. The way that everything was managed was just seamless, and the level of excellence/quality of work, high integrity, and communication from Joel and his team is on the next level.

We couldn’t be happier with the second-storey addition and extension Joel Demarco and his team helped us with this year. From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with; professional, friendly, and always going the extra mile. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and were so accommodating for our family throughout the process. The quality of their work is outstanding, and their communication and attention to detail made the whole experience stress-free. Honestly, the best group of guys around. Highly recommend!

Demarco building was recommed by a friend. Rang Joel and even being two hours from Adelaide was no problem for him to come and have a look and supply a quote for a leaking roof. The quote was very reasonable and the job was completed in a couple of weeks with only one trip required no coming back to finish the job which is very professional and the workmanship was of a high standard. I highly recomend this company .

I recently had Demarco Building construct a custom carport for my property based on a recommendation from a mate who used them to renovate their home. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, they demonstrated a level of professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication that’s hard to come by these days. The final result speaks volumes — the carport is not only functional but beautifully constructed. The build was executed with precision; it is clear they take immense pride in their work, and the finish of the structure is a reflection of this. Throughout the process, communication with both Joel Demarco and his builders was top-notch. I was kept in the loop at every stage, with clear timelines, updates, and explanations whenever needed. There was a few unexpected hurdles in the designs. Joel handled these challenges calmly, professionally and with creative problem-solving that kept the project on track. They were proactive and solution-focused, which made all the difference. If you're looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy builder, I highly recommend Demarco Building. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new carport and would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects. Thank you, Demarco Building for exceeding my expectations!

Joel and his team at Demarco Building recently under took repairs on my home from the Murry River Flood. Professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail are just some of the attributes that this young and enthusiastic team bring to the table. Communication, logistics and planning both with the team on the ground and from within the office was fantastic. Their trades were polite, on time and left the job site clean and safe at the end of every day. I would like to thank the team at Demarco Building for restoring my home to its former glory, and have no hesitation in recommending this company for any work you require.
