For what was a challenging and at times overwhelming project (see photos) Mark made this a relatively simple process. His trades were all fantastic, great to work with and produced high quality work. No challenges were too great and were dealt with promptly while keeping us informed. His flexibility allowed us to tweak details throughout the build without additional cost resulting in a better end result. Variations throughout the build were managed well - they were minimal, reasonably priced & added to the overall quality. We had a new Trend Sllder Stacker door installed by Mark as the first part of our proposed new pergola & timber decking project. Although we experienced some delays with the manufacture of the doors, Mark kept us well informed during the job and we are pleased with the final result. We engaged EcoUrbane Building Group to do an extension to our house and the results are amazing. This was our second build with EcoUrbane and that should tell you something. We are delighted with our new kitchen/dining area, it delivers on our vision perfectly. Mark uses expert tradespeople and we are impressed by the standard of finish throughout. Special shoutout to Jason for his carpentry/gyprock wizardry. Communication was excellent, and everything was delivered on time and to budget. All creep in costs was due to our agreed variations. Any negatives? An early estimate was close to what we expected, but once the trade quotes were all assembled his fixed quote was well higher. We excised a few things to meet our budget, and there were no surprises once the contract was signed. You can work with EcoUrbane with some confidence. Mark is honest, open, and will love your project as much as you do.

Highly recommended! Building with Mark was a smooth process. We used EcoUrbane to renovate an old kitchen/bathroom lean-to and turn it into a bathroom/laundry/kitchen/extra bedroom extension. We could trust that the job would be done well. Mark was absolutely professional and showed integrity with each stage of the build. If workmanship was not up to his standards, things were changed (even though we would not have noticed). Costs were transparent from the start and the build stayed very close to budget. We are very happy with our new extension and the experience of building with EcoUrbane.
