Highly recommend MyLiving Outdoors. They squeezed us in just before Christmas, which meant our pergola was ready right in time for summer, couldn’t be happier. The build quality is excellent and exactly as envisioned, with an immaculate paint job and very clean, tidy electrical work. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the staff were genuinely lovely and helpful throughout. A great experience all round.

We would highly recommend the My Living Outdoors company/team on our recent completion of our pergola. From the start the team were professional, friendly and punctual. They guided us through a very clear and understanding process of the structure, materials and payment methods. They handled dealing with the council permissions also, therefore there was no added stress on us. Exceeding communication throughout the whole process, which we were very impressed. MyLiving Outdoors are an exceptional company, providing the highest quality service and products from all their team members. They were so accommodating, patient and helpful plus all their administration, draftsmen, production staff and trades were extremely polite, punctual and skilled. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the build of our new verandah. If you require any type of outdoor build, pergola, verandah, paving etc then I would highly recommend this company - you will not be disappointed.

We enlisted My Living Outdoors to install our pergola and from the first stage of concept design to final installation, the whole process was a breeze. In particular, we were impressed with the constant updates and communication from the team. We encountered one major issue which was our fault (we had roller shutters installed after the final measure and manufacture and forgot to let them know) that made installing the pergola more difficult than first anticipated but the team and contractors worked with us to help problem solve and come up with solutions that worked for us, and didn’t cost us extra money. We have been so impressed by the process and quality that we will be enlisted their help for future projects!

We recently had the pleasure of working with MyLiving Outdoors after hiring them to build a large carport and from start to finish the experience was outstanding. It all began with Bradley, who came to our house and provided the initial quote. His knowledge was incredibly impressive, and he explained everything clearly while being friendly and approachable. Bradley really set the tone for the high level of service we would go on to receive from MyLiving Outdoors. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we unfortunately had to postpone the commencement of our project for at least 6 months, which we communicated to MyLiving Outdoors. They were extremely understanding and accommodating and at no point did they place any pressure on us to proceed before we were ready. When we were finally able to get the ball rolling again, Vicki kept us informed throughout the scheduling of each stage of the project and the timing was exactly as outlined. Our carport was then built over 4 days by Trevor and Michel. Their high level of expertise was evident throughout the entire process as they worked efficiently while keeping the site neat and tidy at all times. The workmanship of the final product is truly outstanding — our carport looks even better than we could have ever envisioned and we couldn’t be happier. Overall, MyLiving Outdoors provided a level of service that is rare to find these days. We cannot recommend them highly enough. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would.
