Urban 3

We were extremely happy with our decision to engage Urban 3 to construct our home. We loved their process of having free rein of designing a custom home where it felt like a true collaboration and we were not just a number. Phil was our first port of call and worked with us through the whole preconstruction phase with fast and effective communication with no BS and an easy going and personable nature. The construction process was stress free and quick for a double storey with any small miscommunication or issue rectified immediately. All the site supervisors Gary, Eric and Colby were very approachable, well organised and had a no fuss solution based approach. Overall we found Urban 3 to be an honest and affordable quality custom builder that is client focussed. Thank you Urban 3 we are very happy with our home!

My husband Peter and I built our first home with Urban 3 and honestly, it was the best decision we made. Being first time home builders, the whole thing felt pretty overwhelming, but from our first meeting with Phil we felt much more relaxed. He worked with the plans from our external architect and was super thorough, answering every question we threw at him - Phil you're a legend! We also loved the flexibility of choosing our own custom selections and worked with different places (recommended by Urban 3) to find the perfect selections for our home. Urban 3 were also flexible when we wanted to use our own external contractors - which most builders will not accommodate for. The site supervisors (Gary, Colby, and Eric) were also great with communication and always happy to help with anything we needed. When building it's expected that there will be delays, although everything was rectified and completed in a timely manner. We absolutely love our new place, and are over the moon with the end result. We definitely have built our dream home and couldn't be happier. Would 100% recommend Urban 3 to anyone thinking of building. 🙌🏽 Thanks guys!

Urban 3 has helped me along the journey of a knock down rebuild. I was taken through the process step by step and was happy with the variety and extent of selections provided. Even though my hand was shaking when I signed the contract, I'm glad I did. Works were completed in a reasonable time frame and the house of my dreams was built. I couldn't be happier, Im in a house that I love in an area I love. The quality and workmanship are excellent....with all the trades and Supervisors responsive to questions and any concerns I had. Building our home with Urban3 was, hands down, the most positive building experience we’ve had—and this was our fourth house build. Just completed a home, builders were amazing. Starting from Phil from the initial quoting, to Gary and Eric our project managers. Nothing was too hard for them.
