  After talking with a few different builders we have decided to sign up with Bradford to design and build our new home. This is our ever first build and despite our nervousness, we really feel like we are being listened to and guided through the design and planning stage. we started with one of their designs and our consultant provided modification suggestions to suit our block. He also explained they do a lot of work up front, before signing the contract so we know our budget works. we have just finished an appointment at their display home to see what their base range includes and we were suprised with their standard. We never thought we would be able to afford bradford, but they have been able to really help work within our budget so far. We feel like we are in very good hands...bring on the build!!   *Thank You to the Bradford Homes Team* We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the entire Bradford Homes team for the wonderful job done on building our new home. From the very first day we met Kym at the display home, the whole process has been smooth and enjoyable. Kym was incredibly helpful in assisting us to customise a home tailored perfectly to our needs. A special mention to the amazing office staff, particularly Roxanne, who was always approachable and supportive during the selections process. Her guidance and prompt communication made everything so much easier. We were truly fortunate to have Adam as our site manager. His professionalism, kindness, and consistent communication made a huge difference. He kept us informed every step of the way and involved us throughout the build, which we deeply appreciated. We also had the privilege of meeting several of the tradespeople who brought our home to life — tiler Max, painter Gary, and the skilled carpenter Zac among others. Bradford truly has the best trades in the business — passionate, dedicated, and excellent at what they do. We are absolutely thrilled with our new home and wouldn’t hesitate to build with Bradford again in the future.   We are in the process of building a house with Bradford Homes. Over the last few months we have had the pleasure of dealing with Sue Zieger (Custom Home Specialist) who has gone above and beyond in guiding us through our first ever build. Sue has been very approachable, and responded quickly to all our enquiries. She has made this process very enjoyable and we are looking forward to our next stage with Bradford Homes. Thanks for all your help and guidance Sue!

  We spent some time looking through display homes of many builders and what made us choose Bradford Homes was the fact it was affiliated with the Scott Salsibury Group and the display home, staff and helpfulness was better than the rest. Pam, who was our point of contact/salesperson/designer, was always approachable and gave great feedback in the design of our house. Which we chose to base on the Monash and tweaked to suit our land. We moved into our house in April 2023 with the build being close to on time and with the guidance of Aaron, the site supervisor, the house exceeded our expectation. We would recommend anyone thinking of building to seriously consider Bradford Homes as the quality and value is second to none and we will continue to recommend them in the future.

  We have just received the keys a week ago on our Bradford built home. From day one we were impressed with the way Bradford focus on customer satisfaction. Our original contact at Bradford, Neil was knowledgeable, passionate about the company (he built with them), and was genuinely interested and excited in learning more about our plans and brief. The very first concept the Bradford architect came up with blew-us away and it was obvious they had considered the practicalities of our families needs and wants. The admin and selection teams also had some great ideas we hadn't considered that added to the functionality and aesthetics. During the build, our Project Manager Lyndon was always knowledgeable, friendly and accessible. He was always keen to show us details in workmanship that other builders don't require from their trades, which impressed us. He also dealt with some potentially awkward situations with neighbours on our behalf, seemingly with ease. We always felt welcome on site and also found all of the trades Bradford hired to be friendly and happy to talk with you about their work etc. Lyndon went out of his way to ensure a high quality product, even if it went beyond plans. For example, down one side of the home we had one storm water drain in the engineering plans. However on site, Lyndon observed it would be better to over-engineer and have two drains and made the decision to add a drain, something I would have never had spotted or noticed. In the month we have been living here, we have already had three or four passers-by comment that they love the looks of the home from the street, which we will never get tired of hearing. I would say we were fussy customers not only in our requests but also in terms of negotiating price, and Bradford were always friendly, fair and transparent in their dealings with us. We have dealt with other builders in the past, Bradford are by far the highest quality build, best aesthetics and best customer service. Highly recommended.
