  I will only use Jay to do any renovations to my home. His work has always been perfect. Jay is great with communication, professional advice, helped with decision making when asked & punctual. Left renovated areas tidy everyday when they left. I also felt comfortable with Jay or any of his labourers in my home while doing their work, which being a female is important to me. I would definitely recommend using JRS Built for your renovations.

He is efficient, punctual, a great communicator and the quality of workmanship is absolutely perfect. I've worked with many trades that leave me feeling less than satisfied at the end result, however with Jay i can guarantee you will be absolutely pumped with the outcome, it will exceed your expectations and you will definitely be saving his number for future projects :)

Jay advised when he would be on site and was always on time. Great job, punctual, reliable and cleaned everything up before he left site - can't recommend him highly enough!
